Introducing our brand new football venture - JUST FOR PARENTS! *STARTING TERM 3*
Our 'Football Fitness' program has been designed for parents who have limited time during the week, but would still like to take care of their health and fitness.
This program would mostly suit parents or individuals who are doing the session drop-off for their kids, and instead of waiting around can join in for a quick 45-min session to get that heart rate up and improve general health and well being.
Led by one of our coaches, Naldo Campos - he will provide an environment that encourages growth and change, challenge and reaching goals - however big or small!
Naldo not only has a masters degree in education, but has also completed his full degree in Sports Science and is a fully qualified personal trainer - so you will be in professional hands!
Non-JGFA families and individuals are also welcome.
Pricing is $140 for a full 10 week term (1 day a week), or $20 for single sessions.
Sessions will include some interval training, football drills, strength and conditioning and will all be done in a relaxed environment.
Please note: People of all abilities welcome - the football drills will be easy to pick up and will only encourage the spike in heart rate!
